This page explains how the Amutham Care website handles information you enter in a cleaning enquiry.

Your enquiry details

The enquiry form asks for your name, phone number, area, service, property size and optional notes. These details stay in your browser while you prepare and review your enquiry. When you select Submit enquiry, they are sent to our server and stored in our database so our team can respond and manage your request. Access to the enquiry dashboard requires an authorised admin login.

Sharing or saving an enquiry

If WhatsApp enquiries are available and you choose “Send on WhatsApp”, your details are included in a pre-filled WhatsApp message. You decide whether to send that message. WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to its service. Sharing on WhatsApp is optional and separate from submitting your enquiry to our database.

Cookies and technical information

This website does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The admin area uses an essential, expiring session cookie to keep authorised administrators signed in. The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the website.

Questions and requests

If you have already shared an enquiry with Amutham Care, use the same contact channel to ask about access, correction or deletion of your details. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your cleaning notes.
